It is the art-and-research side of the same telemetry work that supports Proteus and Thresher.

The intended pipeline is capture out, motion across a canvas, and reaction back into the model's operating context.
The leading display idea is an ASCII-like field where character positions behave like pixels and breathe with telemetry.
