As we inch closer to 2024, it's time for that annual tradition – New Year's Resolutions!
2023 was a rollercoaster ๐ข: from overcoming personal challenges (๐ฒ๐๐ฌ, ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐ก๐จ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ ๐๐ฅ๐จ๐จ๐๐๐) to embarking on new journeys in writing and coaching. It was a year of growth, learning, and lots of action both at work and home.
As some might recall, December was my month of fun ๐ฒ – less work, more play, and cherishing moments with family. This balance brought joy and rejuvenation, something I plan to continue into 2024.
So what about this next year? I want to balance the simplicity of joy from December with continued growth and development. Here are my goals so far, but, ๐ญ๐ก๐๐ฒ ๐๐ซ๐ ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐๐ฃ๐๐๐ญ ๐ญ๐จ ๐๐ก๐๐ง๐ ๐!!!๐คฃ
๐ My Goals for 2024:
1๏ธโฃ ๐๐ณ๐๐ซ๐ค ๐๐ฆ๐ฉ๐๐๐ญ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฎ๐ฉ (๐๐๐): Move beyond pro-bono coaching, bring real value to leaders, and generate positive revenue. Plus, writing a draft for my book and staying active with monthly articles and weekly LinkedIn posts.
2๏ธโฃ ๐๐ซ๐ญ ๐๐๐ฏ๐ข๐ฏ๐๐ฅ: Launch two long-term art projects that I've been thinking a lot about but not actually doing - "Shadows of World War Two" and "Ripples of The Algorithm", aiming to complete at least 10 pieces for each.

๐๐ฆ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฏ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐๐ฌ: Plan epic trips – from city escapades to Disney World and camping in national parks. And yes, more family game nights!
These goals are ambitious, but they feel right within reach ๐.
