Announcing Ozark Impact Group

Hey Everyone,

Today, I have something really exciting to share with you all. For the past year, alongside my role at LiveRamp, I’ve been passionately working on a project that’s close to my heart. As many of you know, I’ve been committed to empowering leaders and fostering transformative leadership. I shared this in my first blog post and newsletter, "Join me on my journey." I've been focused on building up others, coaching, and creating this initiative.

And now, I’m thrilled to announce the culmination of this journey – the launch of my new initiative, Ozark Impact Group. This project is not just a leadership development company; it’s a publisher, a community, a resource, and a catalyst for change.

It’s designed to support leaders, executives, and professionals like you in navigating the complexities of leadership and personal growth. Ozark Impact Group offers several distinct programs... from the book I'm writing, "Impact Over Noise," to a community/program/academy supported by live group coaching called the ION Accelerator. Additionally, there's a program called Catalyst which is a personalized, one-on-one, coaching and partnership experience with me focused for individuals, executives, businesses, or other coaches. Last but not least, through Ozark Impact Group, I can combine all of this for any organization that wishes to launch its own internal development program with my High-Performance Leadership Academy, built in partnership with the Centers for Executive Coaching.

I’ve poured my experience, insights, and dedication into this project. It embodies the essence of what I believe leadership should be about – making a real, meaningful impact and empowering others to help them be successful. As the community and learnings grow, Ozark Impact Group will grow with it.
